Welcome to **Realify Labs**. By accessing our website, configuring studio templates, or uploading custom 3D mesh files for fabrication, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Custom Fabrication

Realify Labs operates as a customized additive manufacturing service. All products ordered via our live configurator or uploaded mesh portals are manufactured to the user's specific selections of material, volume scaling, infill density, and layer precision.

2. Proprietary 3D Designs & Intellectual Property

- **Studio Templates:** All modular catalog templates (e.g. vases, planters, gaming stands) displayed on our collections page are the exclusive intellectual property of Realify Labs. - **User Uploads:** Realify Labs claims no ownership over proprietary 3D meshes (STL, OBJ, or 3MF files) uploaded by users. You represent that you own the uploaded model or possess all necessary rights and licenses to authorize fabrication. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to violate trademark laws or patent protections.

3. Tolerances and Mechanical Suitability

Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) and Stereolithography (SLA) printing possess inherent structural properties. While we check tolerances to a standard baseline deviation of **+/- 0.2mm**, layer lines, texture variations, and minor color variations are standard characteristics of the additive process. It is the user's responsibility to select appropriate materials (such as ABS or PETG for active mechanical loads, and PLA for basic decor).

4. Payment and Cancellation

Due to the customized nature of print fabrications, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once toolpath slicing completes and the physical extrusion process begins on our machines. All pricing quotes are computed dynamically and are subject to validation upon manual inspection.

5. Returns and Replacements

Since custom orders are built specifically to your specifications, we do not accept returns. If a part arrives physically damaged due to shipping or fails to match your uploaded file bounds (outside of standard 3D tolerances), contact our support team at **info@realifylabs.in** within 7 days of delivery with photos of the print defect to coordinate a replacement extrusion.
